Savannah’s 10th Glow in the Dark Birthday Disco
DJ Sam and Dj Kelly were overwhelmed with excitement when they entered a Glow in the Dark EMOJI themed disco, glow in the dark party on Friday night. It was Savannah’s 10th Birthday and there were emoji themed decorations everywhere. Emoji balloons, emoji party bags, emoji stickers, emoji banners…EMOJI GALOUR!
Not only was the room filled with yellow balloons, the boys and girls even came dressed as their favourite emoji. There was happy, laughing, crying and love heart themed outfits. We kicked off the night with some emoji freeze, DJ Sam calling out different emojs when the music stopped and all the boys and girls having to freeze like an emoji.
We had an awesome balloon relay in four teams, two teams of boys and two teams of girls. Each team got to come up with an awesome team name and compete in the Emoji balloons relay.
It was soon time for some Whip Nae Nae and delicious pizza, we cheered for the deliveryman as he entered with the delicious hot pizza to keep us going and dancing for the rest of the night.
Limbo stick competition was a big hit of the night with lots of crazy moves and acrobatic tricks as the friends of Savannah showed off their skills.
Dj Kelly hosted the lip sinc battle and the competition was tough, the first round was a tie but the second round went to the girls team.
We all got together with the emoji themed birthday cake and sang as loud as we could Happy Birthday to Savvanah. Everybody ate some delicious cake and it was soon time to get back to the crazy balloon popping, singing and dancing.
Thanks for a crazy fun night at Cleveland Lions Club Hall. We couldn’t wipe the emoji smiles off our faces.
