Stella Football Awards Night
The teams of the Stella Football club were already buzzed for their awards night, a night to celebrate an entire season as a team and working together. And for their disco, they were able to work together to create one of the best break-up parties imaginable! DJ EMILY was already feeling the vibes of excitement the kids were showing as soon as they started to pour into the room. Even during the light background music at the beginning, there were kids dancing and shaking their stuff and unable to wait for the disco after the ceremony.
The awards ceremony finished early, the kids unable to settle and eagerly awaiting their time to bust a move on the dancefloor. By the time the disco began, DJ EMILY and the kids of the Stella Football club were absolutely rearing to go.
They immediately started tearing up the dancefloor, their irrepressible energy flooding the whole room and absolute joy consuming them. The kids had some of the best dance moves DJ EMILY had ever seen, and absolutely killed every single song. They sung loudly to songs like Firework and Let It Go, and absolutely sold their slow-dancing during Perfect.
They jammed out to dances such as 5, 6, 7, 8, Gangnam Style, Watch Me Whip, Macarena, and were even able to throw the YMCA into the mix.
They did a boys vs girls dance off where the parents determined that the boys were the winners, and absolutely rocked at Limbo and musical statues. It was a crazy disco, and the club organisers certainly had trouble settling the kids down for the final round of presentations.
Luckily, there was enough time afterwards for two more songs and the kids had saved their best dancing and best singing for the end of the evening. Even some of the parents joined in, showing their kids exactly what they were made of.
It was an amazing, unforgettable night that DJ EMILY was happy to be a part of. Congratulations to all award recipients and thank you for having DJ EMILY!
